Our Story
Trox Tech started in a garage and grew by saying yes when clients needed real help.
Brooks Troxler, a Charlotte native, launched Trox Tech after being laid off from Comp USA and helping a friend solve business technology problems. What began as one person taking calls and fixing issues grew into a broader operation that now supports managed IT, structured cabling, security systems, cloud environments, and practical automation for growing organizations.
How We Work
Customer-first service, strong communication, and one team that stays with the job.
Trox Tech aims to be the group clients call when they need the issue handled, the plan explained clearly, and the work followed through without finger-pointing. That shows up in how the team answers the phone, coordinates vendors, and stays flexible when the job grows beyond the first request.
-
Strategic IT Leadership

-
Structured Cabling & Physical Security
The field team handles structured data cabling, Wi-Fi deployment, access control, commercial-grade security cameras, and adjacent infrastructure work for organizations that need reliable installation and clean coordination.

Day-to-day support still matters. Trox Tech keeps systems stable, answers quickly, and works through the operational details that keep employees productive and client-facing teams moving.
